Cleft Palate and Medical Aid ...

In 2008, H.O.G. Heaven Foundation helped children who are born with cleft lip and palate problems receive reconstructive surgery.

We have facilitated more than 150 cleft lip palate operations and were extremely grateful when Smile Train arrived in Nepal to continue the work.

The Hospitals were thrilled to receive support in the form of Medical Supplies or Surgical Expertise especially to remote areas where supplies and facilities are basic at best.

H.O.G. has also distributed money to Sri Lanka for medical supplies, eye cataract operations and we have supplied reading glasses for 50 children.

We visited a children's home in Sri Lanka which housed 70 very under-nourished children, including 20 babies who were very ill.  Heartbreaking.
